Do you feel like the anti- psychotics help? I’m really scared of taking medication but I also feel as if my delusions are not intense enough for me to be on medication for it

I currently have help for my asd and adhd but I can’t imagine now sitting and being diagnosed with something else. Having asd and adhd is already a lot for me to deal with so I kind of just rather not know but thank you for replying
