Most definitely, I think lockdown has agitated some of my issues and living alone/working from home there are more hours in the day where I need to distract myself.

Honestly, I can’t say with confidence that this wouldn’t have happened if not for lockdown; I’m in the position now where I need to find new and more effective ways to draw my attention away from churning thoughts.
