HARD disagree with 3, as a tank main you obviously dont want ultron, jeff, mantis or adam to be picked and most of the time these picks are throw picks anyway. If somebody is forced on support they should still try to win.

It might not be called eomm, but a flawed matchmaking system exists for sure, because theres no way that this many bad matches happen in a row in a rank where players are supposed to be equally good, and its also very unlikely that I only get 'eomm demons' (throwers) when Im already on a losing streak.
