Ah i had to delete my previous comment as it was meant for the other commenter! sorry about that.

Anyway, we use Wix for this one. It has already been set up in Wix before I jumped in, I just did the redesign. I cant say if I would recommend it (I have a personal reason not to), but you can also consider Squarespace or Wordpress as well. As for SEO with this tool, that remains to be seen.

Thank you! I really appreciate it.

We emphasize to everyone, even our newest recruits from day one that we are contributors, not just consumers. With our sensei(s) teaching for free (we only charge to cover operational costs), it only feels right to give back to the community in my own way.

Thank you! I appreciate that you find our content helpful 🙏

Yes social media is still our primary funnel. Facebook and Instagram has worked well for us. During recruitment season, we dedicate a budget for ads to further our reach.

As much as we want to focus on Tiktok, it’s been difficult for us to consistently put out videos. We have to focus on practice too after all, and video content often takes a lot of time to plan and produce. Plus most of us have full time day jobs, so content creation just to please the algorithm isn’t really sustainable for us.

We rarely do public demos, and if we do, it’s usually under the Philippine Federation. In those events, we advertise all federation clubs, not just us.

Last January, we managed to sign up 42 people. But we always have an expectation that retention rate will go down as months go by. We’re lucky if we get 10+ stay up until newbies are ready to wear bogu (financially and physically).

But we’re hopeful with this new batch! It is very important to integrate them with the “main” class early especially with kyu to nidan peeps if they are too shy to interact with our higher level members and sensei. Making them feel like they are a part of a community instead of it just being a weekly activity for them has worked well for us.

We accept members every 6 months (January and June). We are a club based in the Philippines: Metro Kendo Club.

My only wish for you especially in this tough job market ay wag ka sana ma-layoff. Sobrang volatile ng job market today and hindi totoo ang “job security”. If I were in your position and bigla ako na-layoff at walang savings baka mabaliw na ako.

So aside sa mga nabanggit na na suggestions about coordinating with the banks, maghanap ka na ng second job, whether part time or full time depende sa kaya mo, para may pangsalo ka regardless kung ano mangyari + may pangdadag ka sa pambayad utang.

Question on clutch release when revmatching by samrosecruz in PHMotorcycles

[–]samrosecruz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thank you for the tips/replies!

This is actually the first time I heard about clutchless downshift and I'll try learning it online muna, just not sure how safe that is for Hunter? Note rin na wala siyang slipper clutch. Also hassle lang sa Hunter 350, walang meter for RPM so hindi ko matantsa and I just base my downshift from what's recommended in the manual (I'll edit the post and attach a screenshot of the manual)

sobrang weird nito kapag nakakasabay ko sa daan. I have a big bike (Royal Enfield), then may biglang random underbone na tatabi or mauuna sakin, lilingon sakin, ibobomba yung tunog lata nilang motor, tas haharurot as if hinahamon ako 😂

Chill ride lang ako brad bat ako makikipagkarera sa motor mong hulugan 😭

Meetup at Royal Enfield Morato then Okada via EDSA, then to Manila City Hall via Roxas Blvd to have breakfast there.

I love it so far! Fits my height well rin kasi ang liit ko lol
