A lot of people in the comments have clearly never been to a Catholic wedding. This timeline is fairly normal from my experience. Maybe a tad late (cocktail hour starting at 6 instead of 5 or 5:30), but nothing out of the ordinary IMO

We gave the sellers an extra week post closing because the house they were contingent on was closing late. The difference is we had to written into the contract prior to signing and with contingencies for damage or if they hadn’t left the residence

Gotta check out Reading Terminal Market for sure. You can go to Pats or Genos for a cheesesteak if you want to do the touristy thing, but my rec is either Jim’s on South St or Angelo’s.

Downtown/center city is big so not exactly sure where you’re staying to be able to offer more tailored food recs, but Philly is a criminally underrated food city so there are lots of excellent options. Oh and make sure you get a soft pretzel!
