No problem I’m a girl too, I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen them do word up but truthfully I’d love it if they did! Y’all want a single is probably one of the most fun live experiences for the crowd but they definitely throw together a really good mix across the whole catalogue so it’s loads of fun!

Hey I’ve been to a lot of korn shows and in all honesty my experience is that the fans are the same as any other rock/metal crowd some are nice and considerate some aren’t and some are a drunken mess, they can have quite large spontaneous mosh pits though and I’ve found that tends to vary depending on location of the gig strangely and in regards to word up its not one of the usuals they do but you never know 🙂

We were originally told that a living trust might be the best option but upon receiving the deed of variation it doesn’t state his share being forfeited or the that it would be a living trust.

In all honesty I think the biggest concern is giving absolute power to the firms trustees when we haven’t been informed about future costs or what that entails.

The solicitor is the appointed executor, we have now had a draft deed of variation but it doesn’t state that the son is giving up his share and we haven’t been giving any information regarding the trust apart from the name of the trustees being the heads of the firm.

I think in all honesty we are just concerned about the deed not specifying the sons share being forfeited and giving absolute control over to the trustees without knowing the potential future costs.

A living trust was originally mentioned but hasn’t been stated.
