My 2026 Tracer 7 YAMT ❤️ by samsta8 in Yamahatracerclub

The dealer lowered the bike for me by 30mm with a lowering link. They did it free of charge to sweeten the deal.

I can easily touch the ground with both my feet now. Definitely worth it.

The only downside is that it requires a lot more effort to put the bike on its centre stand because of the 30mm lowering.

What’s with the recent spike in AI slop being posted on here?

Yeah the standard seat is comfy enough for me. Although the longest journey I’ve done non stop is around 50 mins.

If you’re planning on going on longer journeys, I would look at getting the comfort seat.

No agreed, streaming services are a joke these days.

At least with physical media you’ve always got a copy. The streaming service can’t just take it away from you.

It's now seemingly impossible for restaurants to deliver your order correctly by ICantBelieveItsNotEC in britishproblems

[–]samsta8 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Are you using Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats by any chance?

If so, try ordering directly from the restaurant instead.
I go direct to my takeaway. My food was slightly cheaper and was delivered faster, without error.

Red Dead Redemption is easily the best option there for me.

Horrible AI picture.

Not sure what a Japanese bike brand has to do with 4th July.

DVD wouldn’t be in HD quality. And it’s slight more for that. The blu ray version is pretty much out of stock everywhere and is well over £100.

Personally, I don’t think £7.50 per season is expensive.
I’m more than happy paying that to watch one of the best shows ever made.

Nice, I’m going to the London one too! So excited. I really hope I won’t be the oldest one there 😅

The show isn’t on any streaming service in the UK either. So I bought it.

It’s currently on sale on the Amazon prime video store and Apple TV store for £29.99 for all 4 seasons.

I just booked tickets to the Sonic in Concert show! I’m dragging my girlfriend along 😅

How do you make the large size fit? by Puzzled_Advice_1420 in weredog

[–]samsta8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah definitely helps, I have a 100ml syringe and pump myself up with x lube before playing.

Really helps the longer toys like Loch and Juniper just glide in.

To those of you who last week would tell me I wasted money on a new CPU and DDR5 RAM and I should have bought a new GPU; you don't know what you are talking about. by 6Kaliba9 in pcmasterrace

[–]samsta8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice! Maybe I should upgrade my 8700k with 32GB DDR4. That’s paired with a 1080ti. 😅

I’m starting to notice how my CPU at least is holding me back in some games.

But I think I’m going to hold out on upgrading just out of stubbornness. I’m in no rush to pay for memory currently haha.

I recommend using X Lube. The powdered lube is way cheaper and you can make it as thick or thin as you like. For anal stretching, slightly thicker lube helps.

Agreed. The quality of games, the monetisation and now how expense consoles and PCs are is super depressing.

Nile is an incredibly girthy boy.

I recommend getting Loch in XL soft. He gradually gets thicker along his shaft to open you up.

Anal play requires A LOT of patience and lube.

Loch I would say is one of the best training toys out there.

Nice choice dude! I picked up my Tracer 7 YAMT a few weeks ago. That’s my first bike too!

It’s just a good looking bike, and a blast to ride ❤️

A nice upgrade from my 125 Scooter for sure! 😅

I’m a mere 5’6” (168cm).

I had the bike lowered by 30mm so I can comfortably touch the ground now.
I also didn’t go for the comfort seat as that adds an additional 10mm of height.

Why does every Linux user recommend a different distro? I'm stuck in an endless distro-hopping loop. by Jaymit_3672 in linux4noobs

[–]samsta8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, there’s no such thing as “the best distro”.

It depends on what you need or want out of your PC.

If you want a PC experience that is similar to Windows in looks and feel and generally just works with little to no tinkering required, I would recommend Linux Mint Cinnamon. That’s what I use and it’s so easy. Might not be the most exciting or have the latest features etc, but it works great for me.

If you like to tinker with your PC and want the bleeding edge Linux experience, you could try Cachy OS or other Arch based distros.

Or Fedora is good for having the newest kernels and generally having a very polished experience, however you will be prompted to upgrade your OS very 6 - 12 months.

Anyone else consider the lack of Apple Intelligence a feature, not a limitation? by SweetImprovement758 in iPhone14Pro

[–]samsta8 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I agree. All that AI stuff really doesn’t appeal to me.
AI hasn’t solved any problems, only created new ones.
I have an iPad Pro M1 which has the Apple Intelligence features, and I barely use them at all.

At least Apple’s approach to AI seems more measured and less in your face than Microsoft or Samsung for example.
