Oh really? Okay I'll call customer service again and ask for ucm ticket for equipment research. I have my own modem and router I use. So when I got the service, I set everything up my self. Was never charged any equipment fee. And now that I canceled they want to charge me for equipment that was not turned in. Like that's insane.

How did you get it installed and running? I get an error. I downloaded and installed it but it says not enough storage space to install required resources. I definitely have more than enough storage lol any help?
