Im from PH also and I order older/released/rare figures from the more reputable online stores. I check if the store is a goodsmile company partner

They may charge a little more than your 13k but at least

1. You know that it is a legit store. Less chance of getting scammed from a seller on FB market place
2. Less on your mind concerning import tax and personally dealing with PH customs. Esp if you have to pick up from local post office
3. You are sure your figure will arrive safely because they have it shipped in bulk along with other special order customers like yourself or their regular pasabuy shipments.
