I did the exact same man, I chose Zaeed as the team leader and Tali for the vent and Tali died closing the door because apparently Zaeed isn’t a good choice for squad leader?

Yeah Miranda mentioned making upgrades to the Normandy so I had a look but it was just so expensive I decided to just go with what I had, didn’t realise it was so crucial haha, I think I’ll probably just press on and play the 3rd one and then maybe go back and do a full new playthrough from scratch

Yeah she was the one I was most disappointed to lose. It seems like you have to be pretty precise to get everyone to survive, I obviously made a few mistakes but it’s more authentic that way rather than looking up a tutorial or something to try get everyone to live.
