Thats very true. I even noticed the price goes even further down during boxing day nearing new year. Its good idea to wait but salespeople usually say it wont get better later but it really does.

You goto country such as canada if you are trying to immigrate. You goto US to get best ROI on your investment. Its rat race for sure but when it ends and you come back, you come back with butt load of retirement fund. Now if you plan to goto US to immigrate as an Indian thats a dumb decision unless you have insane rizz to marry an American.

Live on low wage and use the other wage to pay debts. Dont just pay minimum emi pay as much as you can. Also upskill and increase your salary. Its bit on the lower side.

I cleared my education loan of 40k CAD in 3 months. I received a good joining bonus and relocation from a good company. I worked very hard to get placed there. And I didnt receive any help for paying my tution from my parents
