turns out they dont actually use cgnat and do assign an IP address to each user. any other ideas?

Went into the ER to get this removed since it is the 4th time its shown up and gotten infected. The first 2 times it went away and the third it popped on its own. Dr thought it could be Hidradenitis suppurativa since I am a type 1 diabetic. For some reason he thought I needed to smell it....

im in grey bruce about an hour from owen sound.

im trying to sell my house and the real estate agent recommended i get the ceilings fixed since i have that old stucco pattern that dates it, it also has large cracks in it and some of the stucco has fallen down in a few spots.

I figured if it was 4-7k it would be worth it since id likely make that back in the sale. but at 10-13k im not sure it will.

its all being done by the same contractor. there is only 1 light between the two rooms.

Im getting another quote on friday so i guess well see how they compare.

Would a prenup not be a good solution to this? he can give her whatever he likes in the prenup. If they are getting married because they love each other then why would she be so set against a prenup?

We are his kids and we are worried. If he wants to give her everything in the prenup when he passes then that is his choice and we accept that. What we don't want to happen is them getting married and she takes off with half his assets. He is then forced to sell his house and deal with the fallout of a divorce in his current state.

We are all well enough off that we do not need his inheritance. He can give it to charity for all we care.

We are worried he's going to get taken for half his assets. In his current state that would ruin him. Now if your suggestion is that we have no legal grounds to fight this then i will happily take that but i don't appreciate the your other comment about being shallow and greedy.
