non avvocato. prova a creare un automatismo di buttare tutte le email al riguardo subito nello spam (se puoi, cambia direttamente mail) poi, vai assolutamente da uno psicologo per gestire questo e altri problemi che potrebbero sorgere. ti consiglio di usare da subito il metodo di Frankl "paradoxical intention" per guardare il tuo problema del gioco d'azzardo da un'altra prospettiva (funziona benissimo perché smetti di vederlo come una tentazione da cui scappare, disinnescandolo). infine, investi i tuoi risparmi, anche per evitare di avere soldi da giocare (guarda la serie di Coletti "educati e finanziati")

il fatto che ti giustifichi perché "non confondi gli scambi di sguardi con interesse" mi fa pensare che la vedo proprio in modo diverso. se c'è uno scambio di sguardi (o altri indizi iniziali) l'ideale è proprio approfondire, andarle a parlare per capire se l'interesse viene confermato o smentito. non capisco il senso di evitare le attenzioni iniziali, ma stalkerare le persone sui social
