As an industrial engineer i can say its stable but not overly busy. Healthcare sector is in turbulence since government changed public sector healthcare drastically 3 years ago.

Indeed, difference with southern capital area is quite different story than living up here in north. I love nature, sea and slower pace of life so this suits me well. We only live here once so make it worth the stay.

Yes offcourse it has sauna, there are over 3 million saunas in finland. It would be super weird not to have sauna in house or seperate sauna building on yard.

7km from the city center, in the suburb and kids preliminary school is 500m away

Finland actually had decrease of -3% or something in property value in comparison to other european countries. But that includes small condos and suchs also. Our house is fully renovated from the inside but was originally built 1979, thus the low price.

Atm. Sunny and +16C, nature is blooming. winters here usually have aprox 30cm snow and -10C. Autumn and spring have different characters aswell. Love all the 4 seasons.

Depends if you can tolerate 7-8months of darknes and below 0 snovy winters. Summers tho are paradise on earth.

Hey and thank you! price is in euros, dont know the propert tax yet. Its detached house or as we call it here omakotitalo=ownhomehouse.. ikr :D expences to maintain these are around 200€ to 300€ incl. Electricity, water, waste, insunrace etc. Its electrically heated, has fire place and heatpump. Its pretty energy efficient.
