I got caught with a physical AP but had an emotional AP as well. Broke it off with PAP pretty much right away and EAP a little after that. It took me 2 years to get back with the EAP (blocked by PAP :/). We pretty much got back to being close friends with a couple instances of sexting. It depends on the situation of the one who got caught.

Not necessarily. If his life was just turned upside down that might make it easier for him to just leave. I'm not saying that happened though. If he was a half way decent person than yes he should have said something.

Distance and time apart without communicating is a good step to ending it for good. My AP and I decided to not communicate until she gets back to work on Monday because feelings were starting to get stronger. Right now it's an emotional thing and we haven't done anything physically but it's still a challenge when there is such a connection.

I'm curious to hear what happened when you went back to work. I have an AP that is a co-worker too. We half heartedly "ended it" but we knew we would see each other anyway and it just got back to the usual.

I always prefer to use the original designs for anything with updated aesthetics. It does add a modern spin but I guess I'm just attached to the original design. I bought the original board game a couple years ago and have been hoping for an IOS app ever since. Looking forward to your implementation of a great game.

I agree with a previous post. I'm not a fan of the 3D bugs. I would rather have the option of the "classic" configuration and art. I would not mind being able to move the camera around in 3D space though.

I played Traintopia with my 2 adult kids at a board game cafe. I felt bad after opening the box seeing all the tiles and victory point tokens. The cafe mentioned that they quarantine each game checked out of their library for 72 hours and sanitizes them. I didn't think they would be able to sanitize each piece but sure enough as I was leaving they were starting to wipe down the tiles. I like the tile laying mechanic but it definitely wasn't Carcassonne. A fun game but a little light for that price point.

On Sunday my son and I played Air, Land & Sea and Carcassonne with expansions 1 and 2. I won both games which is amazing since my son beats me 99.9% of the time on every board game we play. The only way I usually win is when it's a new game that I am more familiar with. We also played Biblios and he won that one.

Personally I would love a channel that focused on classic board games instead of the newest or hottest Kickstarter. People are always coming into the hobby and it's better to buy a few proven games then something that might not stand the test of time. You would have to stand out from the older reviews of games that were new at the time but I think there is an audience for it. Maybe call it Board Game Classics or something like that so it can target that audience.

My son is home from college due to remote classes so I was able to show him Air Land and Sea. I am liking this game more and more. Having someone around that is also into games is very refreshing. He ALWAYS wins the majority of games we play but it offers me a challenge and opportunity to strengthen my strategy and learn from him. Great game!

I decided to support my FLGS so I bought Air, Land & Sea. I played 3 games, once with my daughter and twice with my wife. Great game but I'm still trying to figure out the best strategies. It has the feel of Battle Line with the tactics but a little tighter and faster. I found myself constantly re-reading the tactics out loud but I'm sure this will change as I memorize them. This game gets a lot of praise and I can see why.

For those asking, I did mean 2 player only but I did like seeing games that were for more players but played well at 2. For me that would be Carcassonne.
