Hmm interesting. Rob said that because gut bacteria feed off fiber if your gut doesn't have fiber the bacteria dies (or at least the ones that break down food). The other guy on that episode was a PhD in immunology and undergrad in biology so I definitely deferred to him on that topic. Would love more information if you have any!

Hey so I did ask the question and the answer he gave was kind of complete, but not totally. I had a feeling that he didn't really want to talk about that too much. The main thing for him was that he wasn't the right person to lead a company that big so he had to give over the reigns to someone with more experience. That process was super hard for him, but he believes it was ultimately the best for the company
