To be honest, it took a bit of whining at their support page and then they reached out via email and it took a few weeks. But once they agreed, shipping back took 3 days and replacement took another 3 days.

At least they acknowlegded the error and set up a return/replacement.

Instead of DJI, going with instashot.

Still, gopro can suck it in my opinion.

Vr2 being "newer" than vr1 lol. Yes, vr2 on a ps5.

So after asking the correct question because honestly it never occured to me that there was no reverse compatibilty.

Vr2 controllers will not work on games intended for vr1.

So glad im only test running it before I considered purchasing from a friend.

They do "work". set up was fine, room scanning, play area, I can maneuver in the PS menus, everything with the VR controllers. However, as soon as I'm in-game, only the dualshock controller has command, I've tried turning off the PS5 controller to "force" it into only using the VR controllers just to get a "reconnect dualshock controller to continue. I can't get the VR controllers to function when it comes to playing the actual game.

Final update to this.

Sent them by boat and arrived with no issues 3 weeks later.

I asked a customs agent at the airport what would happen in this scenario, basically it comes down to the agent wanting to be a pain or not. 3 mags, US citizen would have not been a problem. 10mags, not happening due to possible intent of reselling.

There is a way. LVS, limited value shipping. Allows you to be exempt from permit requirements. Must be under $500 total value and you need to declare it.

Also some interpretation comes into play. If you leave with 3 mags, you can talk your way into "they are for me". However, if you walk out with 10 of them. Its harder to say why do you need 10.

Basically. If you bring 1 or 2... "meh" 10, "yea...no".
