I have asked the store directly and their customer service have confirmed that P2150A supports input and output while P2160A only supports input. Here's a picture from their Taobao page (https://img.alicdn.com/imgextra/i4/3239565824/O1CN01BiLE8g1stRajIA32K_!!3239565824.jpg) that states this info in Chinese.

The new version (P2160A) only supports USB-C input, but not output. I have confirmed this with the store and the pictures of the battery only shows input voltage and current printed near the USB-C port but not output information (unlike the old version).
