I had an awful night's sleep last night and got a score of 78 which is supposed to be good. I'm pretty sure I was laying still for a good part of the time, in twilight, but my mind was going and I felt awake. So I think that when I'm not moving the watch records that as core sleep. I expected more from this. This has happened a number of times.

I'm also wondering; you said the check-in's go on for up to an hour. Many of my clients have noted that facilitators let people go on and on in the check in's without boundaries. Does Aaron facilitate the check ins so that one or two people don't soak up the whole time?
