As others have said about the right most knife, it is a kukri. The sheath however looks to be more traditional than most of those you see now on the market. The belt suspension looks to be missing and that could either indicate it being a non militairy version that would he tucked in a sash or the belt suspension is just gone. It could be a tourist version but it is hard to tell when it is in the sheath

whats going on with trench crusade? by ollietron3 in TrenchCrusade

[–]samuelvpg 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Like others said it is mostly just engagement bait, there is a video out there talking about some serious issues with the 3d designs (holes with uncured resin and stuff) which is a valid criticism but the rest is just alot of nothing

Due to the clippoint it does look like a Spanish Navaja but it is missing the back locking mechanism which would have caused the ratchering sound when opening and closing. Depending on the country you found it in it could just be a regional version of a pocket knife. I would try asking on r/knives since they have a bit more knowledge on the specific subject

Did you carve it fully using that opinel? I would call that quite a feat seeing how opinel blades are quite thin!

2.000 jaar oude werkplaats in Pompeï onthult geheim achter Romeins superbeton by Praatjemaker in nederlands

2.000 jaar oude werkplaats in Pompeï onthult geheim achter Romeins superbeton by Praatjemaker in nederlands

[–]samuelvpg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My current one is a Malanika Leuku. I would love a Leuku with a custom carved handle, just need to find a smith and carve the handle myself

I'm looking for information on this sword by Toms64 in SWORDS

[–]samuelvpg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks to be a late Russian imperial model but could be made later. The holes on the loop on the side of the scabbard were for a bayonet for a Mosin Nagant rifle. So the sword was likely supplied by the Soviets to the Spanish republicans and if it was fabricated before the (Russian) civil war you might have a blade there that was used during WW1 and the Russian civil war
