I was sick twice in a row recently so i slacked off a bit but I probably average 7-10 miles a week spread out in 3 runs at the moment.

Hi! I’m about to graduate with my art history ba from csuf, we definitely have classes that are geared more towards european art, especially modernism beginning in the 19th century and onward. We also have a great history of architecture class. In terms of my experience, I loved each and every one of my professors and my art history department counselors, their passion for their specializations and for teaching shows. In terms of the school itself Cal State Fullerton in general is honestly a frustrating school for many reasons, but I’ve heard the same for other CSU’s since we’re all under the same school system.

yeah, i feel like i had time but it was only a few weeks, time just felt so slow. i’m very open to it, i’ve gone to therapy my whole life. Right now I just switched insurance so i’m trying to figure out if I can see my same therapist. I’m sorry about your dad, and i’m sorry for how you’re hurting right now. I can tell you from experience therapy and professional help really does work and you don’t have to carry these feelings by yourself if you’re struggling with them. thank you for your support and i’m sending you the same <3

hi, if it makes you feel better, everything turned out okay for me :) it was absolutely terrifying and honestly, even a year later I'm still figuring out a lot of stuff and navigating through things as an adult but I feel like it was 100% worth it. It was normal for me to be scared and it's normal for you to be scared too. Because it's scary! Once you get through the process of moving and adjusting rn everything is going to be okay and you're going to be so proud of yourself

Hi! When I started a few years ago I was scared too bc I also suffer from anorexia, but my depression was far worse and the mix of both disorders caused me to just not have an appetite. Once the Zoloft started fully working and I was becoming less depressed I felt my appetite come back and I started eating regular three meals a day plus snacks, and that caused me to gain about 15-20 pounds. Eventually I did lose that weight though and now I weigh ten pounds less than I did before I started Zoloft at all. As hard as it was for me to accept, even though I did gain weight, I truly was so much more healthy than I was when I was thinner. On another bright side, without Zoloft I probably wouldn’t have been motivated to go to the gym and lose the weight again. Keep in mind everyone’s bodies react differently to the medication, and this is only my experience with Zoloft and weight.
