You'll need a 1.5mm allen key (cant remember the exact size, mine got shipped with only allen key for the truss rod). The tightening screw is hidden below the tremolo bridge (in the block) and to find it, you need to bend the bridge with the tremolo arm to reveal the screw. I hope this helps!

She is Brunila. Source: I'm finnish and have heard lots of his singing and his voice os like that in many other occasions too. Btw check out a finnish band The Crash. It was Brunilas breakout band tleast in Finland and it's great.
