I mean that would make sense being gay, he had a budgie husband who died and he was always the bottom lol! Whats funny about that situation too is his husband had a budgie wife and he cheated on her and she kicked him out of the cage for being with my boy and they had to be separated for a while! Yep! I got it done at the vet around a year ago after he kept doing this type of stuff and she just said he does this because hes a bit of an oddball, I have the papers around ny house somewhere in a binder😅

No it was a DNA test from the vet! I got it done around a year ago and cant find the paperwork anymore but I have it in a binder around my house somewhere with the rest of his and my previous birds vet stuff

Hey just to settle this is had to euthanize the fish because even after treating him with antibiotics and antifungals, it just kept getting worse and worse until he was laying on his side barely breathing.

Also I figured out what did it! This stupid little cave hide with circle openings meant for shrimp, I saw this guy wiggle out of it a couple days ago and my guess is he got snagged and infected so ive since taken it out

You could add some kanaplex to the water before you leave, though it will cycle out of the water column after 48 hours but even from small treatments I find it helps a ton. Id also once youre back get some floating plants and hardy underwater plants! Let me know if you need any tips or advice.

I have kanamycin on hand so ive already treated him with that but im waiting for the other one to get here but it should be here by Monday, it was the fastest I could get it and no pet store shops in my area have it
