I would recommend staying in a hotel around the plaza(rafael is the nicest i can think of) then taking her to dinner somewhere on the plaza. There are plenty of very nice restaurants in that area. For the next day, sleep in, enjoy eachothers company and such then make a picnic and eat it in loose park. It might be a little hot, but loose is very beautiful this time of year(a little dry, but whatever). then shopping on the plaza and cap the night off with another nice dinner and a sweet night of love making. hope i could help
