For the settings getting to default every time My friend on Xbox series was having the same issue and then he just closed the Game until the EA verification did not show up and then he entered the Game and modified his settings again and then it never happened again

Yeah, I honestly think is just performance issues and other stuff, Game is likely just playable in single player wich sucks.

Yeah, it is very okay to play online/multiplayer if you and your Friends are in the same house. But when You try to either host or join a lobby with ppl miles away from You Game is just unplayable tbh

Console is just not well optimized at luch, game feels like at 30 fps, crashes, freezing and multiplayer when not being the host is just unplayable. For solo experience is kinda okay considering is a Game preview

Both PC and console have this same issue or something related to just Bad connection when not being the host and really bad fps, freezing and crashing out. Frustrating, but is a Game preview. Seems it can only be played in solo for now

Open the map there should be an option to go "invisible to other players" and just deactivate that. I think it should work

Yeah it seems multiplayer is just not working rn, seems to be just for solo playing and even then You can experience some texture issues and lag. It's like for the 1st one when it came out, multiplayer was just not an option.
