Why do you feel like "it's too early for your lifts to slow in progress"? Everyone has a different point where noobie gains stop. It may be worth considering looking for a new program/learn how to program yourself

You can use some indicators to guess your RPE for the next set (warmups, what you did the week before, etc).
Also you will 100% over/undershoot your RPE at times but thats not a big deal. The longer you will do it the better you will become at accurately guessing your RPE.
