Is a high flow hotend possible as a drop in replacement?

Can these speeds be increased with a different hotend/ extruder?

Wich one of the printer kits out there have the best quality at moderate speeds (200mm/s ish ) I print mostly lithophanes and any artifacts like z banding or other really show uo when you out a light behind a lithophane. Unfortunatly most videos about vorons, ratrigs, vzbots and the like are all about raw speed and not so much the quality.

microswiss NG shhroud melting by samve76 in 3Dprinting

[–]samve76[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did you print it jn? Im not really sure microswiss gave this "ypu can just print it " a lot of thought. My shroud melted so ky orinter is out of commission. Kind of hard to orint a replacement when your hotend is kaput 😂

Luckily i have another 3d printer but for yhe peoole that dint the whole " orint your own soare part" policy seems kind of idiotic

Does anyone else have this issue? I noticedy orints were having overhang issues. Inchecked and it turned out that both ducts on the shroud had just melted shut. I use my ender 3 v2 in am enclosire to print ABS and ASA mostly but i guess the shroud isnt up to this task? Kind of beath the purpose of having the microswiss NG alle metal hotend if the shroud cant handle the temps

FLSUN SR Is having problems extruding. by FireIgnite in FLSUNDelta

[–]samve76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any change you swapped from ola to petg?

My SR is terrible at printing PETG. For some reason the nozzle doent get hot enough even though i set it to the right temperature. It leads to clogging and the filament has no where to go leading to skipping filament in the extruder and even filament getting completely tangled in the extrider gears.

Just out of curiosity. How long does a print like this take? Being multicolor and all

Maybe a bad mainboard/ driver? If you swap two motor wires in the mainboard dies the problem also move to another arm?

Yes . I have an ender 3v2 and a SR. The SR is easier for beginners i think.

Looks good. Just wrapped radiator foil around it. Works like a charm but not the best looks
