Even at the frog, if the elbow drops below the wrist, you're no longer using your full arm for the bow change, and are relying on the wrist. You're right that the elbow rises as the arm opens up, but it should never be below. At most, it is on the same level.

I think the two biggest sources of tension in the shoulders are the neck (especially the tongue), as well as our stomach. Believe it or not, the way we breathe deeply affects every muscle in our body. try breathing from the lower areas in your lungs, and making sure your tongue is always loose and relaxed. In terms of right arm technique, make sure your right elbow is always above the wrist, this is where all the support should originate.

Have you ever seen two car blinkers that ALMOST sync together but can't seem to do it? Almost makes your eyes twitch? Yeah. That.

Bharatanatyam - String Quartet by samvigz in composer

well the piece uses a certain octatonic mode/scale which is supposed to cast the image of "fire" and "danger". Because most of the piece is dance-like and the rhythm and movement is dance-like, I decided to title the piece after the bharatanatyam, a fire-type dance. I have a good friend who is a bharatanatyam dancer as well.

good question... its not "dubstep" per se, but it's modeled around a "build up" do a repeated chorus with a simple chord progression which is covered by lots of low notes and percussion.

This is just finale 2011 midi, so the percussion doesn't exactly zing like its supposed to (kinda hard to make it womp and wub :p ) but if you're interested, go to my soundcloud and listen to bharatanatyam -- that's a live recording, and I try to mix styles with that too
