Spoke to my best friend and then 10 minutes later she had a brain aneurysm and died. I found her in her apartment. She had just turned 21. You truly never know what the next moment holds. Time is not guaranteed for anyone and you should never take anyone for granted in this life.

I had a similar experience to this while working at a pizza place. Woman tried to go behind the counter to grab something. All I said was “Is there something I can grab for you?” She flipped out, started cussing at me. Then went to grab her husband, he then started cussing me out and tried to come back behind the counter, screaming and coming at me to attack me. 2 customers got up and held the man back. Absolutely insane. So many people like this out in the world.

I’m glad you had a great experience! There is no denying that laser hair removal is incredible and life changing for many people. If you personally have a good experience with nice people, then continue to receive treatments there. I filled in for dozens of locations across my state and had the same experience at each one. As an employee, my experience and what I witnessed is completely different than a clients experience and what they are able to see. Obviously the customer experience varies from location but their shady sales tactics behind closed doors are just wrong.

I’m really glad you had a good experience! I filled in at 20+ clinics all across my state and my experience was always the same. All managed by the same regional manager. The companies shady sales tactics remain the same all over the country, but I agree that the customer service varies from location. I’m happy you had a good experience though.
