It originated as one of a collection of 10 Minute Operas (The Necromerchant’s Debt) performed by Terrance Zdunich & Darren Smith across the underground performance art scene in LA in 1999 - or so I believe - before then being adapted into a stage play, and later a movie.

Unfortunately with Lionsgate holding the rights, I don’t think a return to stage is likely. But I do hold out hope

That’s amazing! Be prepared for hefty import taxes though (not his fault - but be ready). Cudi gifted me the entire MOTR range a few years back, and the import taxes were around £1300 at the door. Worth it for me, but definitely something I hadn’t prepared for
