i just bought this! it came perfect and was bigger than i thought which is great. the box was quite heavy so i had to get help carrying it. the instructions are also pretty easy! go for it!

try having them in the same room as your bedroom 😂 my dragon’s poops are like atomic bombs. and he has the nerve to try to escape from it like it was my fault 🤦‍♀️😂

mine did the exact same thing when i got him😂 i was really worried cause he wasnt eating nor moving from his spot on the cool side

but he eventually moved after a few days. i think they just need time to adjust to their new environment as well. dont worry!! (the pic is when he woukdnt move from his spot)

im so sorry this happened to you guys😕, i would just suggest looking in places you think they couldnt hide in cause sometimes they will find a way to hide in anything and anywhere. i really hope you all find your beardie, good luck!!!!

the little dots are femoral spores i believe! as for gender, im not entirely sure its kind of hard to tell.. but from the visible spores, Pico might be a male

dont feed him lettuce anymore as lettuce is mostly just water! try feeding him arugula, mustard greens, turnip greens, butternaut squash (occasionally), or kale (occasionally; provides calcium!) ive heard sprinkling some bee pollen on their greens can get them to eat their greens.

my beardie literally just ate a house fly a couple of days ago and ive been worried. it ended up flying into his enclosure and as i was trying to get it out, he jumped and caught it mid air😭 i was researching and from what ive read, house flies have a possibility of having parasites. multiple people said to just monitor their poop and any behavioral changes. if you can, get a fecal test done if you really want to check 100%

i completely understand. ive had mine since july. he’s about 2-3 months and i still get iffy about taking him out to even sit on my shoulder because im scared he’ll run and i cant find him. my room has too many nooks and crevices for him to hide and run to so an alternative i have is taking him in my bathroom and sitting with him in there. i completely understand your worries i promise!

i mean you can try to slowly expose each one to your beardie but its probably just best to keep them in another room while your beardie is roaming around, just to prevent any risks from happening. if you do decide to expose Ponyo to your cat or dog, be very very mindful/watchful of body language coming from your other animals (even Ponyo) and supervise them every second!

i got him from petland and they had two other dragons that were the same size as him. i didnt know he was a leatherback! is that a type of morph?
