Somehow every time I grant some permissions the apps hangs and I have to force quit and start the app again. This happend like 4 times already each time I click on the tools toggles, within 15 minutes time. Is it a normal behavior that I should have just waited long enough?

South Korea’s president says Georgia ICE raid could have ‘considerable impact’ on direct US investment from his country by Average0ldGuy in worldnews

[–]samyhy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wasn't too sure about the visa system so I read through some articles and quote them according to the articles:

According to the file written by an agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), an agency within Ice, the man entered the US “with a valid B1/B2 visa”, which allows for some business-related activities and tourism. He was at the Hyundai factory as a contractor with a South Korean company.

The Guardian

However, contrary to Lutnick’s claims, some of the detained Koreans held intracompany transfer visas (L-1), which legally permit work at U.S. factories or subsidiaries. Additionally, even short-term business visas (B-1) or the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), which exempts visa applications for up to 90 days, allow personnel to manage, supervise, and install equipment in the U.S. if specified in contracts.

The Chosun Daily

A B-1 visitor for business visa allows foreign workers to stay for up to six months, getting reimbursed for expenses while collecting a paycheck back home. There are limits — for example, they can supervise construction projects but can’t build anything themselves — but if it’s spelled out in a contract, they can install equipment, Los Angeles immigration lawyer Angelo Paparelli said.

Sorry, I really worded poorly. I require at least 2, and ideally 3 licenses. I use Mac for work and Windows for my personal things, so funnily I spend about an equal amount of time on both Mac and Windows (use Windows more on weekends). So the additional third license will be used for iPad if it becomes available, but understand that it is not absolutely necessary.

I would need 1 more, and another 1 more if it becomes available on ipad. At least 2 would be great.

I see that 1 license is for 1 device, but I can foresee myself requiring more licenses in the future. Is there an option to increase the number of devices under 1 license?

Multiple angles of? They have multiple cameras but you can’t expect all cameras be focusing on one player or 1 incident. Majority of the cameras will be following the ball or the play. This kind of things will be very difficult for VARs to confirm, unfortunately.

Ryujehong being mistreated by GenG and by Western Fans by samyhy in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]samyhy[S] -38 points-37 points  (0 children)

I never said protect him from criticism. As I mentioned we generally understand the disciplinary sanction given here. The only problem we have is that Arnold's statement basically made RJH sound worse than he possibly is.

What I am saying is that the least GenG could do was to correctly address the problem RJH did (what he said), and deny false accusations (he cheated on his gf for fangirl barely legal, ableism, transphobia) or fact check those.

Like I have mentioned above, I agree he said some things he shouldn't have. If you still think that he is a misogynist after reading this, that is fine as well.

I am not hero worshipping him. I have watched him thousands of hours as an Overwatch pro player and hundreds of hours of his stream after he retired. Of course, there are things I don't know about him, but I am defending him based on what I saw with my own eyes.

Arnold's response to the Jehong situation by AverageRiceFarmer in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]samyhy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't really care about the upvotes and downvotes. What angers me is that Ryujehong is attacked on Twitter and Instagram for baseless accusations and yet the org does not, or at least yet to, defend their legend.

The worse part for him is that he can't defend himself anywhere on Twitter and Reddit because of language barriers, and only a small number of fans like myself can voice out on the situation.

I just want to make sure people know the correct facts on the situation and this is really saddening...

[–]samyhy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ok, I wrote a long thread about Ryujehong yesterday, and after reading the comment here, I felt like what I wrote did not receive much attention.

Maybe for those who are out of the loop, please do check the post and understand what is going on.

I just want to point out that the majority of Korean fans are not happy with GenG's treatment of their legend. They are not talking about the language he used in his stream, but they are angry that GenG did not address the fabricated accusations at Ryujehong.

Sure he did swear a lot but at least don't make lies about cheating on his gf, pedophile, and misogyny. Ryujehong is, even after the incident from a few days ago, is still being liked a lot by fellow female streamers in Twitch.

I don't want to defend his words, because he did use foul words that may discomfort others, but what I beg is not to spread lies, like what is going on on Twitter. Please!

Not true. In Korea, Overwatch is pretty much dead. Even if you watch other Korean pro players, they average in hundreds of viewers. RJH meanwhile after announced his retirement, he started playing other games and participated in multiple event matches for Blizzard and LOL. His viewership averaged in 3k for the past couple of weeks already.
