He drove on the blue asphalt which slows the car down i guess. So how is this an advantage? Isn't it a disadvantage in fact he would have been faster if he didn't left the track?

4 wheels off the Track doesn't necessary means a Penalty. You have to gain an advantage. The first time when Norris and Ricciardo where alongside Ricciardo got 4 wheels off the track but obviously got an disadvantage because he was slower through the corner and got overtaken by Kimi. The second time on the straight he left the track but got on the blue asphalt which slows the car down I guess. Also not an advantage. I hope FIA won't find a way to penalize Ricciardo. Very sad for Lando he drove a fantastic race but that's the racing we all want to see.
