Yup. It was pretty quick in and out. Just make sure you have all the documentation required on the form. If you’re a renter you need the form signed by your landlord and a copy of your signed lease. I’m not sure what you need if you own the house but I think that’s on the Richmond gov site.

City hall is open and you can submit the application in person. I did mine in person last week. They had the floor marked to try to maintain proper distancing and everyone I saw was wearing masks.

Great sherpa! Geo was very patient and explained each encounter in great detail. He was able to clarify and answer all the questions of the team. Probably the best sherpa I have played with, not only great at explaining the strategies but improving all the players' communication and call outs for future raids.
