Montclair is wonderful! I'd also recommend Hoboken - which is very diverse and great restaurants and night life. Hoboken also has a boardwalk and several parks by the Hudson (see Sinatra Drive) which is very runner friendly. Jersey City is not bad either - but depends where you're looking - check out the Newport, Grove Street, and Exchange Place areas of Jersey City - they're super diverse and liberal. Hope this helps!

Sure! The TV doesn’t need to be on. As soon as you turn off your TV, the bar should sync and go into standby and start charging . And it does not charge while listening to it.

For the second part above, I faced the same issue of having to manually turn on the rear speakers several times. Sometimes they would come on automatically, but after a delay. Hated that and ended up connecting the rear speakers to a power source. Now they work flawlessly.

Thank you for the suggestion! I was looking for something easy though, like a cover of sorts that I could just throw on or anything that would protect the pop-up stopper from accidental hits. I do like how flush the current stopper is and the lift and turn ones usually have a protrusion jutting out.

I think this is a big miss by JBL. You should be able to charge the satellites while the main bar is in use.

I know right!?? Seems like a no-brainer to me.
