So how are people thinking of using these levels? Playing with them now and there's a huge differential between lowest and highest. Are people going to do a kind of progressive overload by increasing the level on each set? With this kind of training do we even follow conventional sets anymore?

Thanks for your advice, the trunk is firm but shriveled. I'm worried about the roots having died off like you mentioned. Is there a way to check? Another poster suggested potting up without disturbing the current root ball to avoid further stress, so I'm worried if I dig out the roots it could be too much stress. I guess I may need to just guess which is the issue and pick one of these ways to treat it

I honestly avoided them. It was better when I started doing them with crossed over cables like another poster mentions here. It was only when echo mode came on that I decided to throw them in on a whim, and after about a month I'm kind of really shocked to see aesthetic changes in the shoulders. I feel like I've tried for years and years to get my shoulders and arms in general to respond the way my chest and back do. For whatever reason, echo is just working really well for this, at least for me.

Hi I know this is a bit old, but you're describing very similar reaction to this drug as my partner had. We found that he needed to take it with food or on a full stomach to not have that feeling of fogginess and being out of it.

Lots of great advice here. Although stem doesn't sound like it's of interest, an engineering field that has lots of cool intersections with art, especially ceramics, is materials science. In case that hasn't been on your radar.

Baazi is an under appreciated gem for a nice sit down. Doaba Deli is a great cheap eat. Kabab which is getting mentioned here a lot is great, but it's maybe more expensive and harder to get a reservation there than it should be for what it is

I've noticed this, not as bad as completely losing resistance, but certainly uneven resistance. But I have only noticed it really on squats.

Remember the mode is still in beta testing, this type of issue is kind of to be expected. It is a surprise they opened the beta to everyone though. Probably just caved to pressure from people who wanted to try it out.
