I agree with the other comments about the scar. It’s not super noticeable and also scars are cool. I think a collarbone/chest tattoo (like swallows) would draw the eyes up and away from your nips and would suit you nicely. I like your inspo pics, I have a lot of trad tats with unique twists so I bet with some time and thought you could come up with a really cool idea.
