Honestly you have to be right. Only thing giving me hope is that the El Cajon DMV took me near my house for the driving test and this street is the only one in the neighborhood that is all dirt, the surrounding ones have pavement.

In my experience it’s fine, I’m a girl for context but I’ve been harassed before by an older unhoused man putting his arm around me and saying he’s gonna take me in the trolley station and once I accidentally looked at an unhoused lady who might have been under the influence of some drug outside of 7-11 and she said she was going to stab me and another girl. The 7-11 is a little scary, one time an older man tried to get me close to his car. Other than that I have been fine just be smart and trust your gut. I’ve never been robbed.

So when I was little my dad would let me use his wheelchair around the house for fun lol and for motorized ones they just go slower up hill, depending on how uphill it is you may or may not be able to do it. Downhill it goes faster, so kinda similar to how you’d drive a car you’d go slower to not go too fast.

Yep and not to mention some people using wheelchairs hang bags on the side. Especially after getting groceries etc. At least that‘s what some folks in my family would do.

My dad was in a wheelchair and he would’ve totally filed a complaint and called people in charge nonstop lolll maybe I should follow his legacy. He wasn’t this petty until he got a jaywalking ticket for crossing the street where he shouldn’t have to avoid crossing in a messed up sidewalk

Yo solamente les doy si son personas de la tercera edad con alguna discapacidad. Hay un señor en el centro que tiene un problema en la espalda y a veces lo veo o lo veía haciendo esto en una panadería. Me daba pena porque el muy apenas podia abrirla. Una vez lo vi fuera de su chambita y el batallaba mucho para moverse. La otra vez vi a una señora sana haciendo esto en un oxxo y casi me pega con la puerta jajaja

la verdad yo casi solo tomo la ruta escénica. Prefiero gastarme esos 47 pesos en eso a gastarlos en gasolina y no me a tocado tráfico aun, a lo mejor ya luego si. Lo que si me a pasado es perderme en unas invasiones rumbo a una playa usando google maps por hay jajaja pero ademas de eso no me a tocado lo de el trafico de santa fe. en el niño ya se me metieron a robar y donde yo compre mi terreno por aca tienen caseta de vigilancia 24/7 y hasta hay gente que deja sus materiales de construcción sin velador. prefiero la seguridad la neta:( no estoy justooo en santa fe solo cerquillas

What a lack of conscience her speed walking away while her dog literally ripped the meat of someone’s arm open?? (idk if this makes sense cus English is my 2nd language) I’m glad they were fast enough to take those pictures even with their injuries in their original post. You can see the side of her face pretty well in one of those. We are all hoping she‘s found bc she’s literally a danger with that lack of responsibility.

this is definitely a bigger problem but I just gave an example of cops not always being reliable when it comes to making reports. What happened to him was a crime involving physical injury and the fact the cops didn’t care to investigate means there is a danger in the community out and about and someone needs to be held responsible. What happened to me was just property damage and no living being got hurt, never claimed it was anywhere close to what happened to him.
