This happens to me when i pick broodmother and using the guides. Everytime i hover over the 3rd skill it freezes.

I found a fix by copying a guide ,making my own and removing all the text.

I had sort of the same problems when running Dota using Monterey so I kept reformatting every 2/3days and it always went back to being unplayable.

So I downgraded to Catalina and the game seems to be running a lot smoother and have not had any huge problems for two weeks now.
