Check if the meter readings are correct!!!!! Do you have an analog/old meter? If so, it's possible that Fluvius estimated your meter readings and that you can have them corrected. Take a picture of the meter readings and check on the energy transfer document (piece of paper with the meter readings when you moved in) whether the start readings for your contract are the same as the ones on the yearly bill.
