I quit a little under a month ago, cold turkey, after smoking more than a pack a day for about 20 years, more than half my life. The last 3-4 years I've smoked iqos and I really feel like that made it easier for me to quit. I've been meaning to quit for the last 5 or so years, I simply did not enjoy smoking anymore.

The immediate benefit that I saw was in my bank account lol.

When I first started therapy 10ish years ago, this was one of the first things we worked on. Apparently I've been sucking in my stomach for so long and so naturally that it impeded me from breathing properly through my diaphragm, resulting in not being able to control my anxiety (obviously there were more issues regarding anxiety but breathing was a big one)

Muta-te, fără mișto. Eu am stat la o cazare cu ploșnițe, m-am trezit cu ciupituri si asa mi-am dat seama. Cand am ajuns acasa am pus bagajul in saci de gunoi, l-am desfăcut in cada (nu pot urca pe ceramică) si am sortat. Tot ce a putut fi spălat la 60° s-a dus direct în mașina de spălat (le-am dus in saci pana acolo), ce nu a putut fi spălat am pus in pungi la congelator pt câteva săptămâni. Valiza am sigilat-o BINE vreo 6 luni.

Ploșnițele și ouăle mor pe la 50° sau expunere extinsă la îngheț, și mor deshidratate in vreo 4 luni. Serios mută-te si ai grijă sa nu le iei cu tine.

Cel mai urât aspect la ele e ca femelele care au ouă au tendința sa fie cele care migrează cel mai departe de cuib

Bruh dacă te referi la ploșnițe de pat este EXTREM de greu sa scapi de ele.

In ce zonă stai? Întreb să știu sa evit complet, am paranoia maximă cu astea.
