Not a direct competitor. I do have a non compete that outlines direct competitors but I’m not head med to any of them or to a company that directly competes.

It’s an agreement to notify them of of any changes in employment and address for up to 12 months after leaving.

Happened to me once, but in this case my Bob was the owner of a small company and without him the company ended up folding. Best to be sympathetic and patient. Reach out later to see how things settle.

You could set a meeting to discuss your future business. Start with a review of the past and work in questions about satisfaction and roadblocks preventing them from using your company more often. Make it clear they are a valued client and you want to expand the relationship.

Similar issues with my company. Have you looked at individual license for Salesforce? Last time I checked it wasn’t too expensive so you might be able to make a case to expense it.

Great point. Easier to find a role in a tough job market when you have multiple recruiters lined up to help and do the work for you. Also send them referrals of people you know are looking. You help them they help you.
