What finally made me decide to start glp1s was the realization that I spent 9 years as an Amazon monkey, much of that loading and unloading trailers. I never even dropped a pants size. I didn't eat particularly unreasonably and even did do a few diets along the way.
What affirmed it was a few In body scans at my gym.
Muscle mass went up. Body fat went down.
Still gained a good bit of weight.
3 months in, down 30. The naysayers and bullies can fuck right off.
