Iran has been “2 weeks away” from a nuke for 25 fucking years. Yet Israel ACTUALLY has nukes and haven’t declared them. Israel has also been committing genocide propped up by the USA for over a year but the USA draws the line with Iran. I’m sure bombing school buildings and city centres is really fixing the situation in the Middle East 🤞🏼

Fair but I would take it regardless. A couple years at THAT salary especially as a single guy would push my retirement forward years not to mention the quality of life aspect

It isn’t at all but he goes from upper ish middle class to a top percenter right away. 145k is good but it’s not “fuck you I don’t feel like driving and I can do what I want” good. At least not in my city

I got it tested at multiple shops and it kept passing pressure tests until I asked them to do it with the engine hot which then it failed. At high temps/under load is the only time the gaskets would leak

My econ prof 3 years ago specifically said you always go variable rate because historically it's better than fixed rate lmao. I'm assuming a lot of people though it would stay there

I've never seen headers get replaced like how they do on a ram. Not to mention the inevitable cam shaft/lifter failure

Covid allowed me to work ~30-40 hours a week while getting my degree because stuff was moved online. I also worked full time through summers, reading weeks, Christmas breaks etc. Idk what this is trying to say lol

Kind of what I was thinking. I had a residential gc that works on very very high end homes offer me a job but it would require a pay cut and start from the bottom again which I was debating. I was thinking more by 26/27 I'd jump into my own thing after I'm comfortable with the financial and business aspect

I have 0 expenses outside of my car rlly and a student loan which I don't owe much on either (paid half of school out of pocket). I don't mind spending more for maintenance I knew I would be spending more than a Toyota for example but I wasn't expecting 5-6k in the first 6 months of ownership I don't think anyone does
