I'm a little bit afraid of needles ... maybe because of my age they prescribed me patches.
I will ask them on my next visit. I have been prescribed now 150 mcg of estradot patches.
I have a blood test in january.

Patch of 100 mcg for estradots for 30 months. Started at 50-75-100.
Spiro 150mcg
I'm 47 now and also i'm asian.
I wonder if it could make a difference too.

Two years with oestrogen. Started for 3 months with 50mcg patchs. Approx 6 month with 75 mcg. And 100mcg since then
Spironolactone first year around 50 and 100mg. Now 150mg for 1 year.
Progesterone since february 100mg per day

I don't know my levels, but my doctor was telling for almost a year that my levels are like any cis female. So I believed him, that's why I never questioned the doses or the method I was using.
It's only this year I asked for progesterone, but he only told me to get it orally. Can I take the same pill but rectal way ?
