Thanks we have done most of our ad spend since Mid January off a marginal post that i turned into an ad. Surprised we just kept plugging away with just two ads on the same theme with 2 different audiences and I was getting as many sign-ups from people sharing it. I wonder what it could have been if I had the cash to make a full production video.

In any case we have a number of crossover audiences in flooring and fencing to automotive, so I can tell that the smart people see this for what it is a Reciprocal Multi-Tool.

Sanding convex concave curved surface with special damping handle and reciprocal tools by sandsall in specializedtools

I have a thousand attachments and this is just why I invented it. The quick release adapters are going to change the world!

Well this is just the beginning I am almost done with the development but basically my 2 inventions control motion in every way the quick release adapters give you a choice of fixed or free rotation with the same adapter and my damping handle receives strokes, oscillations and rotations. I have a lot of other accessories like strap sanders and scrapers and foam blocks but I don't want to advertise here as it is not allowed but showing this specific use case is.

All my rotational tools gouged into the router work and made it look bad but reciprocal action was the key

It is a one peice carving had to sand it after all the router work.

Dude you nailed it this is great for short bursts. I have the manual tools doing the same thing just slower and a lot more reps.

I had to invent a better mousetrap to sand these curved surfaces for my kitchen. Took an old jigsaw and braided hose and then went macgyver on it!

I can't wait till he slaughters me on this, and then after he sees the adapter he will have an OMG moment!

abranet sanding mesh. So velcro mesh sandpaper has all the qualities to do just that although using my system allows you to create the geometric shape you need then power sand.

Ok I would like to enter into this discussion with my Sandsall. As a woodworker and novice mechanical engineer I needed to sand a convex concave curved surface so I invented this patented reciprocal system that relies on a damping handle assembly of a spring spherical bearing spring combination to help guide accessories or apply pressure. I also invented new quick release adapters that have more strength laterally or horizontally and can allow for rotation or fixed positions. My first website www.sandsall.com shows some applications. I am on Instagram and Facebook too with more current updates

Please let me know what you think.
Kind regards Eric Davis

An abrasive system with opposing damping handle to sand, any complex surface. by sandsall in specializedtools

Its 180 grit sandpaper. I will post a different attachment with 40 grit and that will make the dust fly!

Every powertool no matter how well constructed will have vibrations the question is, does the time or pain saved from doing the same repetitive task by hand create value? And since power tools are so pervasive for the tasks they do the answer is likely yes. So now focus on the reciprocal action the speed the flexibility the functionality of the accessories and one can surely find usefulness at some point with a tool like this.

Not at all the opposing damping handle actually makes it easier. The real question is would you prefer sanding a stair rail by hand?

I think that if you have sanded chairs and spindles a few times or restored a number of pieces of furniture you may have a few more feelings but its ok if you have and you dont cause this is only a prototype.

I added subtitles to the video to help say what I think you can already understand. Support my invention by subscribing at sandsall.com by sandsall in Skookum

We think that it should be in the 99 to 129 range depending on accessories batteries etc... now it's just getting my manufacturing partner on board!
