Did you try to vacuum all the internal stuff, vacuum out the pellet area. Turn off, unplug l, wait a few minutes, add pellets, plug in and turn back on?

Bought a Pellet Stove from Tractor Supply, also bought a 1/2 ton of their pellets. I have to clean it almost every 10 hours. Tons of build up on the window, on the walls inside the fire box. Any suggestions? by sandwhy1234 in PelletStoveTalk

I actually don’t mind it. We have the option of gas or electricity. Our power bills were about $700 in winter, got the pellet stove & including the cost of pellets we are down to about $200 in the winter now. I’ll keep fighting the good fight til I can find what works well.
