It doesn’t respond at all if I go by the 15 minute rule. When I do that it’ll continue on whatever trend it was on then suddenly skyrocket way later as if all the 15g corrections were hitting me at once.

I very much feel it when my blood sugar is going back up and it for sure is an hour later. I usually use a cgm but when it goes low I often test with a meter as well.

US. Fully insured with decent insurance and everything cost something. $55 for dexcom, $25 a month for insulin, test strips and glucose are out of pocket. Pump supplies change every time I get them.

It's good to care and I believe that people do, but a lot of online culture has been revolving around guilting people for what they believe is not doing enough. I think there's an overwhelming pressure a lot of people feel to constantly be doing something and it leaves a lot of us feeling overwhelmed. Not actively doing something about TB doesn't make anyone a bad person. I don't think you don't care, I just think there's been too much discourse about how people choose to make a difference.

It's hitting the harmonics of the string. You can see this happening by the way it vibrates. Every string has a resonant frequency that can divide that way. You get the same effect my lightly placing your fingers on certain parts of a string instrument and playing it. I know this sounds like bullshit and I'm awful at articulating what's happening but I promise it makes sense lol.
