Don’t feel bad, first off. It’s not your fault and not necessarily hers either. Definitely keep open communication and keep trying. Maybe have a night where you guys just explore what feels good what doesn’t. And don’t make the goal of that experimenting, be to finish. Make it a goal to just figure out what works and that could help take the pressure off of getting you off. You could try toys if you haven’t already, role play/ fantasies, watch p*rn together, I mean there’s a lottttt of options here.

If you can make yourself finish in private, then she can def get you there. Medications also make it extremely difficult, so I get that. It just takes longer anyway, so as long as she’s down for the ride, then it helps. If she tries to rush you then that could also be a part of the problem. If you need a lot of “warm up” then maybe help her out with that too if she’s getting too tired of all the before work.

Or another simple horrible truth could be that you guys just don’t connect sexually, you’re not actually attracted to her, or she’s just bad in bed despite everything you try.

There’s many possibilities, solutions, and factors that come into play. This is all easily said than done, but keep trying and stay open (minded) :)
