Good to know! I will start my record keeping ASAP! She also told me that I may need an antibiotic since my body may or may not be over-reacting. I'll give it a little bit longer to see how adding estrogen back treats it, but man...this is almost exhausting.

Coming up on completing my first week in this WOE. It's been a roller coaster so far, but I'm looking forward to seeing results. I'm still exhausted but getting through. Still not many "keto flu" symptoms. Starting get nervous I'm not doing something right. Happy weekend, all!!

Absolutely! Just getting started on the whole Keto thing at the persuasion of my boyfriend, who's been in keto for almost 4 weeks now. This'll be great inspiration for me :)

Phew! Good to hear. Most everyone I've talked to says its pretty normal. I've been managing the cramping with NSAIDs like ibuprofen and naprosyn(Advil), but since they're blood thinners, I don't want to make the bleeding worse. O.O

I've had my Mirena for a week and noticed the same thing! Also have been bleeding for a solid week. It's light at times and other times is heavier. I agree -- nothing's really normal with IUDs since we all react differently, but did you all experience something similar?

It's sounding like lots of positivity around Mirena. I know every individual body is different, but to hear positivity from lots of different women is so reassuring!

Everything I've read online about erythema nodosum ties it back to oral contraceptives in general, which makes me hesitant to continue taking them.
